Our team has been working diligently, and we’re excited to announce the latest updates to our platform and feature set. We have officially released our new VDM 2.0 architecture.

This architecture has been in development for some time, and it offers several significant benefits:

  • Reduced Support Time: The time to support & deploy VDM on new devices has been reduced from months to days.
  • Easier Customizations: It provides easier customizations based on platform integrations, such as Webex, Broadworks, Zoom, and others.
  • Improved Compatibility: Shared Call Appearance (SCA), Busy Lamp Fields (BLFs), and other line key features work differently across various VoIP platforms. The VDM 2.0 architecture ensures compatibility of line key settings across these platforms.
  • Pagination: VDM 2.0 now supports pagination for line keys as well as expansion modules
