What do you love most about what you do?
What I love most about being a CSM at Phonism is the opportunity to build strong relationships with customers, helping them achieve their goals while making a real impact on their businesses. I enjoy the dynamic, problem-solving aspect of the role and the satisfaction of seeing customers succeed thanks to the guidance and the powerful solutions the Phonism team provides.

What has been your most memorable project at Phonism, and what made it stand out?
The NPS project has been the most memorable at Phonism because it provided valuable insights into customer satisfaction and loyalty, allowing us to directly influence improvements in customer experience. The project's impact on driving positive change and enhancing customer relationships made it particularly rewarding and significant.

Outside of work, what are your passions or hobbies?
Skiing, Snowboarding, hanging out with my kids and experiencing new things with them and watching them grow, biking, rock climbing.

Looking ahead, what are you most excited about in the future of Phonism?
Looking ahead, I am most excited about the future innovations and developments at Phonism that will further enhance the customer experience. I am eager to see how new features and capabilities will continue to streamline device management, improve operational efficiency, and drive even greater customer satisfaction. The potential for growth and the chance to contribute to Phonism's evolving success are what excite me most.

What is the best advice you’ve ever received or a quote that you aspire to?
One of the best pieces of advice I’ve received or aspire to is: "Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful." This quote emphasizes the importance of passion and satisfaction in achieving success and resonates with my approach to being a CSM at Phonism.

Tell us a surprising or a fun fact about you.
I did 9 months of Firefighter academy on my way to become a firefighter but couldn't finish because I was pregnant.
