More Firmware Support Updates and Lots of Bugs Squashed!

Phonism is proud to announce support for Poly / OBi 400/402 ATAs in addition to even more firmware updates to both the Poly VVX & Trio family, along with the SNOM family.

Our team has continued to work diligently, and we’re excited to announce the latest updates to our platform and feature set.

Additionally, we are continually adding new device support. We are proud to announce support for Poly / OBi 400/402 ATAs in addition to even more firmware updates to both the Poly VVX & Trio family, along with the SNOM family.

Below are the details of the enhancements and bug fixes included in this release.

💡 New Features:

  • Built graphical view for Audiocode MP1xx series [PDS-3198]
  • Added ability so that phone contact directories are automatically created with Webex-integrated-accounts.  [PDS-3913]
  • Added logging for Resources / Tag actions (Create, Update, Delete). Also applies to API. [PDS-4045]
  • Added the ability for Webex users in Phonism to be assigned either Webex Wholesale Package or Webex Flex license. [PDS-4097]

🌟 Enhancements:

  • Updated Webex admin restriction rules on line / account 1 credentials to prevent possible misconfiguration [PDS-3925]
  • Updated multi-line configuration to sync with Webex to ensure users line configurations are represented on the device correctly. [PDS-3928]
  • Updated Users Busy Lamp Field (BLF) save and sync functionality between Webex microservice and Phonism [PDS-4049]
  • Updated Webex Tags to store without extraneous characters [PDS-4080]

🐛 Bug Fixes:

  • Corrected an issue where a newly added device showed RPS was successful but did not appear in the vendor Zero-Touch Provisioning (ZTP) [PDS-3916]
  • Corrected a VDM runtime configuration issue to enable expansion module key configuration [PDS-3973]
  • Corrected an issue where if the device was unknown, the initial state would also say unregistered [PDS-4038]
  • Corrected issue with Ring Ready Templates not matching managed Pre-fab templates and also corrected issue where certificate was blank in custom configuration [PDS-4064]
  • Corrected small issue with CSV imports for both Zoom and Webex users [PDS-4079]
